On some roofs, for example, high-pressure water can get underneath tiles or into areas where water shouldn’t be. It can also damage older or weathered tiles, coatings, pointing and other roof components.
And when someone doesn’t understand the surface they’re cleaning, they can cause damage while thinking they’re doing a great job.
That’s where experience matters.
Soft washing: cleaning smarter, not harder
For many exterior surfaces, we prefer a soft-wash approach.
Rather than relying entirely on pressure, appropriate cleaning solutions are used to help break down things like:

The cleaning solution does some of the hard work, allowing the surface to be cleaned effectively with less aggressive pressure.

Exterior window cleaning can be included with our house washing service.
There’s not much point making the walls of your home look fantastic if the windows are still covered in dirt, water spots and cobwebs.
Clean exterior glass helps finish the job and lets the freshly cleaned exterior really stand out.
